Welcome to Hanoi, the vibrant capital of Vietnam with a rich historical and cultural heritage! Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, you will be transferred to the city center for a short rest after your flight. In the afternoon, the tour begins at Ba Dinh Square, the city’s largest square and the site of major cultural and political events. Take photos of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum from the outside, then continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university, built in 1070. Its beautiful gardens and preserved architecture provide a serene glimpse into Vietnam’s past. Stroll around Hoan Kiem Lake, a scenic oasis in the heart of Hanoi, before exploring the Old Quarter, a maze of narrow alleys known as “The 36 Streets,” where each street is named after the goods once sold there.

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and depart for Halong Bay via shuttle bus (approximately 4 hours). Upon arrival, board your cruise and enjoy a warm welcome from the crew. Begin your exploration of this UNESCO World Heritage Site, renowned for its limestone karsts and emerald waters. Enjoy lunch on board as the cruise sails through breathtaking landscapes. Visit grottoes, swim or kayak, pass floating villages, and get up close to iconic islets. Later, participate in a cooking demonstration and enjoy a delicious dinner. The evening is free for onboard activities or relaxation.

Wake up early to witness the magical sunrise over Halong Bay. After breakfast, continue cruising through the bay, passing islets like Sail Island, Fisherman’s Head Rock, and Butterfly Rock. Enjoy brunch on board before returning to the pier. Transfer back to Hanoi by shuttle bus, followed by a transfer to Noi Bai Airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City (flight not included). Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, your guide will meet you and transfer you to your hotel for check-in.

Start the day with a morning city tour, including the Independence Palace (Reunification Palace), a historic landmark from the Vietnam War era. Visit the Notre Dame Cathedral (outside only) and the Central Post Office, both fine examples of French colonial architecture. Continue to the War Remnants Museum, which offers a Vietnamese perspective on the war. After lunch at a local restaurant, visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, a 200-km
underground network used during the Vietnam War. Explore the tunnels, learn about their history, and experience firing a rifle at the shooting range (optional, at your own expense). Return to Ho Chi Minh City in the evening.

Depart from Ho Chi Minh City for a day trip to the Mekong Delta. Upon arrival in My Tho, visit the Vinh Trang Pagoda, a 19th-century temple. Board a sampan and cruise around the islands of Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise. Stop at Unicorn Island to explore orchards, enjoy tropical fruits, and listen to traditional folk music. Visit a honeybee farm, taste honey tea, and see a coconut candy workshop. After lunch at a local restaurant, cycle through Tan Thach Village to experience rural life, or relax in a hammock. Return to Ho Chi Minh City in the evening.

Enjoy breakfast and leisure time before checking out and transferring to the airport for your flight to Siem Reap (flight not included). Upon arrival, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon, visit Senteurs D’Angkor Workshop to learn about traditional crafts such as soap-making, candle-making, and spice preparation. Sample local products and explore the gardens. Visit Wat Bo, an 18th-century pagoda known for its unique murals depicting the Reamker (Ramayana). Conclude the day at Psar Chars (Old Market) for shopping and cultural exploration.

After breakfast, visit the South Gate of Angkor Thom, the walled royal city and last capital of the Angkorian Empire. Explore Bayon Temple, known for its enigmatic smiling faces, the Terrace of the Elephants, and the Terrace of the Leper King. Visit Ta Prohm, where massive trees have overgrown the ruins, creating an iconic blend of architecture and nature. In the afternoon, explore Angkor Wat, a masterpiece of Khmer architecture and a symbol of Cambodia. Discover its intricate bas-reliefs, galleries, and celestial Apsara carvings.
