Itinerary

Day 1 : Vancouver Arrival

Arrive in Vancouver and enjoy private airport transfer to your hotel. Upon check-in (from 3 PM), Meet the tour manager at 6 PM in the lobby for a brief introduction. Enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant and spend the night in Vancouver.

Day 2 : Vancouver – Daytrip to Whistler

Embark on a scenic drive to Whistler, stopping for photos at Shannon Falls, a stunning 481-meter waterfall. Whistler, North America’s largest ski resort, is a year-round mountain destination filled with adventure. Enjoy free time to explore Whistler Village and take the Peak 2 Peak Gondola for breathtaking views of glaciers and snow-capped mountains. Day 4 : Kamloops to Jasper

What can i expect on this tour ?

o This is a third-party product featuring a coach tour led by an English/Hindi-speaking Tour Escort. The group comprises tourists from India or of Indian origin.
o Departures are guaranteed.
o We are happy to assist you for air ticket, visa and insurance the same is provided at an additional cost.
o The tour operator reserves the right to use either a mini-bus or a full-sized coach, depending on the total number of passengers booked.
o The itinerary is guaranteed unless impacted by unforeseen circumstances, such as road closures due to weather, natural disasters, safety concerns, changes in highway regulations, or actions by third parties beyond the Service Provider’s control.
o No deviations from the planned services will be permitted during the tour.
o Tour Operator reserves the right to amend OR cancel any arrangements for a particular itinerary for any reasons beyond the control.

Need details on hotel offered ?

o The hotels specified are based on 4-star Hotels local classifications. On this coach tour, the hotels offered are outside the city limits.
o Breakfast served in the Hotel is a buffet breakfast OR as specified in Indian restaurant.
o If changes become necessary for any reason, a substitute hotel will be of a similar standard. While every effort is made to reserve twin bedded rooms, a hotel may provide double beds instead of v.v.
o Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidentals that they may incur at the Hotel.
o Our standard practice is the double-bedded room will be allocated to couples. For 2 or more passengers we will book a room with two double beds for parents travelling with children, we will book a room with 2 beds. A rollaway bed is not allowed in a room with 2 beds.
o Please note that the standard policy is that hotel rooms are available for check-in after 4.00 PM. Early
check-in needs to be advised in advance, which may attract charges.
o Hotels will ask for Credit Card at the time of check-in towards incidentals.

Are indian meals offered on tour ?

o Meals offered are in a standard Indian restaurant; you will be served at a buffet or a set dinner depending upon the group size. Beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic is not included).

What are the services provided by the tour manager ?

o The tour will be escorted by well-experienced Tour Managers who are fully trained to provide you customer satisfaction.
o Tour Manager has the right to change the Itinerary based on Weather and traffic conditions. Please follow protocol while on tour.

How is the seating position in the coach ?

o Seating Arrangements in the bus will be first come, first serve. The coach size will vary based on the
number of passengers.
o For van tours with less than 15 passengers, we will have a driver/Tour Manager.

What happens in case of delays ?

For any missed or delayed flights and subsequently late start / no start of the tour. All additional costs must be settled on the spot by the passengers. We recommend that passengers call the emergency phone number in the travel documents in case of delay.

What about Visa ?

For all tours, a USA (single entry) visa is required. We suggest you check with Consulate / Embassy for updated visa requirements. Securing a valid visa is the responsibility of the booking agent.

What assistance are provided to travelers with special needs ?

o Any disability requiring special attention must be reported at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the unique needs of a disabled guest. However, we are not responsible for any denial of services by service providers.
o Hotels, restaurants, motor coaches, mini-buses, vans may not be equipped with wheelchair ramps. We
cannot provide individual assistance to a tour member for walking, dining, getting on/off, vehicles or other personal needs.
o A qualified and physically able companion must accompany travellers who need assistance.

Details on Luggage, Porterage and Tips ?

o Porterage is not included in the price.
o No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage to baggage or passenger’s belonging. It is mandatory to tip USD 14 per person for East Coast and USD 14 per person for West Coast to the Tour Manager, which the Tour Manager collects.
o For the comfort of all passengers, we request passengers to travel light (recommended luggage: One carry on and One International size suitcase.

Loss of valuables and travel documents ?

No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage to travel documents or any of the passenger’s belongings.

Will unused services be refunded ?

No refunds will be made for any unused services once travel arrangements have commenced. Any complaints while travelling should be made immediately to the local representative, the tour manager will try out utmost best to resolve any disputes.
