Day 1 : Arrive into London, the capital of England and the United Kingdom.

Today marks the commencement of our journey as we embark on a flight to a captivating city renowned for its vibrant culture, cosmopolitan atmosphere, and intriguing history – London, the capital of England. Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by our amiable and knowledgeable Tour Manager, who will guide you to your hotel and facilitate a smooth check-in process. Take some time to unwind and enjoy the comforts of your accommodation.

Day 2 : Guided city tour of London with Changing of Guards. Visit the legendary Lord’s Cricket Ground. Ride the London Eye.

Post breakfast, we drive to explore the city of London with our expert local guide. You will see important landmarks like the Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Tower Bridge, River Thames, Hyde Park and many more. Witness the Changing of the Guards at Buckingham Palace (subject to
operation). Next we proceed to visit one of the iconic cricketing venues in London – the Lord’s Cricket Ground. In Lord’s you will have an opportunity to go behind the scenes at the ‘Home of Cricket’, and to experience some of the most inspiring views in sport. See the iconic parts of the ground including the Grade II*-listed Victorian Pavilion, the world-famous Long Room, the Players’ Dressing Rooms, and the MCC Museum, home of the Ashes Urn – cricket’s best-known artefact. Day 3 : Visit to the famous Madame Tussauds Wax Museum. Stratford-upon-Avon. Onto Manchester.

Check out of your hotel as we proceed to visit the renowned Madame Tussauds wax museum. Be enthralled by the world’s largest wax collection of famous personalities. Later drive to Stratford-upon-Avon – a historic market town in Warwickshire, England. It is best known as the birthplace of William Shakespeare, one of the greatest playwrights in the English language. Afterwards relax in the coach and drive and continue towards Manchester, check-in to the hotel, and relax for the day.

What can i expect on this tour ?

o This is a coach tour led by an English/Hindi-speaking Tour Escort.

o The group comprises tourists from India or of Indian origin.

o We are happy to assist you for air ticket, visa and insurance the same is provided at an additional cost.

o The tour operator reserves the right to use either a mini-bus or a full-sized coach, depending on the total
number of passengers booked.

o The itinerary is guaranteed unless impacted by unforeseen circumstances, such as road closures due to
weather, natural disasters, safety concerns, changes in highway regulations, or actions by third parties
beyond the Service Provider’s control.

o No deviations from the planned services will be permitted during the tour.

o Tour Operator reserves the right to amend OR cancel any arrangements for a particular itinerary for any
reasons beyond the control.

Need details on hotel offered ?

The hotels specified are based on 3-Star OR 4-star Hotels local classifications. On this coach tour, the
hotels offered are outside the city limits.
o Breakfast served in the Hotel is a continental breakfast.
o Maximum Occupancy 2 adults + 1 Children OR 3 Adults. (3rd person in a triple room is offered rollaway
beds and room size may be the same as the double room.)
o If changes become necessary for any reason, a substitute hotel will be of a similar standard. While every
effort is made to reserve twin bedded rooms, a hotel may provide double beds instead of v.v.
o Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable
to pay for any additional incidentals that they may incur at the Hotel.
o Our standard practice is the double-bedded room will be allocated to couples. For 2 or more passengers
we will book a room with two double beds for parents travelling with children, we will book a room with 2
beds. A rollaway bed is not allowed in a room with 2 beds.
o Please note that the standard policy is that hotel rooms are available for check-in after 1500hrs. Early
check-in needs to be advised in advance, which may attract charges.
o Hotels will ask for Credit Card at the time of check-in towards incidentals.

How about airport pickup / drop transfers ?

o Complimentary Transfers for Arrival & Departure Transfers are provided as below

o Arrival Transfer at Paris (CDG Airport)  – Flight landing time should be between 08 AM – 02 PM.

o Departure Transfer at Zurich (ZRH Airport) : The coach will drop at ZRH Airport by 1100 AM. Please book your flight accordingly.

o Please note that there may be waiting up to 02-03 Hours (Post reaching in arrival hall) for arrival transfers.

o If flight timings are before / after the suggested timing, client has to arrange his private transfers on direct payment basis. We will not reimburse any cost for private transfers.

Are indian meals offered on tour ?

o Meals offered are in a standard Indian restaurant; you will be served at a buffet or a set dinner depending upon the group size. Beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic is not included).

What are the services provided by the tour manager ?

o The tour will be escorted by well-experienced Tour Managers who are fully trained to provide you customer satisfaction.
o Tour Manager has the right to change the Itinerary based on Weather and traffic conditions. Please follow protocol while on tour.

How is the seating position in the coach ?

o Seating Arrangements in the bus will be first come, first serve. The coach size will vary based on the
number of passengers.
o For van tours with less than 15 passengers, we will have a driver/Tour Manager.

What happens in case of delays ?

For any missed or delayed flights and subsequently late start / no start of the tour. All additional costs must be settled on the spot by the passengers. We recommend that passengers call the emergency phone number in the travel documents in case of delay.

What about Visa ?

For all tours, Schengen Visa for the first arrival country and UK visa for the tours arriving into UK is required. We suggest you check with Consulate / Embassy for updated visa requirements. Visa fee and assistance charges are additional, if you need any assistance on visa processing please connect with our team.

What assistance are provided to travelers with special needs ?

o Any disability requiring special attention must be reported at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the unique needs of a disabled guest. However, we are not responsible for any denial of services by service providers.
o Hotels, restaurants, motor coaches, mini-buses, vans may not be equipped with wheelchair ramps. We
cannot provide individual assistance to a tour member for walking, dining, getting on/off, vehicles or other personal needs.
o A qualified and physically able companion must accompany travellers who need assistance.

Will unused services be refunded ?

No refunds will be made for any unused services once travel arrangements have commenced. Any complaints while travelling should be made immediately to the local representative, the tour manager will try out utmost best to resolve any disputes.
