• Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in time is 15:00, and check-out is before 11:00. Early check-in or
late check-out is subject to hotel discretion unless pre-booked and pre-paid in advance.
• Setting Expectations: Please be aware that rooms in Greece are generally smaller compared to those in
Asian countries, with an average size of 18–20 square meters. Hotels typically do not provide
complimentary water, and it is available at an additional charge. Additionally, tea and coffee-making
facilities are not usually provided in the rooms. Breakfast is served as a hot buffet, offering both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Please note that beef and pork are also included in the selection.
• Our standard practice is the double-bedded room will be allocated to couples. For 2 or more passengers we will book a room with two double beds for parents travelling with children, we will book a room with 2 beds. A rollaway bed is not allowed in a room with 2 beds.
• Hotels will ask for Credit Card at the time of check-in towards incidentals.
• Climate Crisis Resilience Tax: Guests are required to pay this tax directly at the hotel.
o March to October: €15 for 5-star hotels, €10 for 4-star hotels, and €5 for 3-star hotels.
o November to February: €4 for 5-star hotels, €3 for 4-star hotels, and €1.50 for 3-star hotels.
• Early Pick-up: For tours or airport transfers with early pick-up times, guests may miss breakfast, and no refund is provided for missed meals. Guests may request a packed breakfast at the hotel reception;
however, only select hotels offer this option.
• You will get your physical ferry tickets and all service vouchers from our representative upon arrival. Ferry tickets once issued are non-refundable. Ferries have assigned seating.
• There are options of Economy, Business, and Platinum Class available, and the service levels in all the categories are the same except for the seating comfort. There are no Porter services.
• Ferries are not a luxury service; they are purely to get you to your destination. Unlike planes, you don’t have the option to check your bag and pick it up at your final destination. The staircases are narrow and
crowded, and the ports can be chaotic, we advise you to pack light and bring just what you need.
• Shared Day OR Shared Boat Tours: These tours operate on specific days and at set times. The tour
departs from a city centre location, with pick-up and drop-off available for city centre hotels or nearby
spots within walking distance, due to parking restrictions for large coaches. On these tours, you will share
the coach or boat with fellow travellers from around the world. All shared tours are escorted by
experienced English-speaking guides or escorts. Guests are requested to be on time at the designated
point, as several pick locations must be covered and the bus driver will not wait. Pick-up. Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions.
• Recommendation: We recommend guests wear comfortable walking shoes and bring money for entrance fees, shopping, and refreshments. Don’t forget essentials like a hat, sunscreen, swimsuit, towel, and a camera to capture the memories.
• Porterage is not included in the price.

all passengers, we request passengers travel light (recommended luggage: One carry-on and One
International size suitcase.)
• Tipping is a tradition if you are satisfied with the services, we recommend € 3 per person per day for the
driver and € 3 for the guide per person per tour.
No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage to travel documents or any of the passenger’s belongings.
No refunds will be made for any unused services once travel arrangements have commenced. Any complaints while travelling should be made immediately to the local representative, the tour manager will try out utmost best to resolve any disputes.
