Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City! Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a local tour guide and transferred to your hotel to drop off your luggage. Spend some time relaxing after your flight. In the afternoon, start your tour with a visit to the War Remnants Museum, offering an impactful glimpse into the Vietnam War. Continue to the Reunification Palace, a historical site symbolizing the end of the war in 1975. Later, enjoy a walking tour of the city center, passing landmarks like City Hall, the Opera House, Notre Dame Cathedral (exterior only), and the Central Post Office. Wrap up your day with a visit to the bustling Ben Thanh Market.

After breakfast at your hotel, you’ll be picked up between 7:30-8:00 am from District 1 for a shared tour to the Mekong Delta. Upon arrival in My Tho, visit the historic Vinh Trang Pagoda. Board a sampan to cruise along the river, passing the Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise Islands. Stop at Unicorn Island to explore the countryside, enjoy tropical fruits, listen to traditional folk music, and visit a fruit plantation. Take a hand-rowed sampan ride through Thoi Son Canal, visit a honeybee farm, and try honey tea and coconut candy. After lunch at a local restaurant, relax or join a cycling tour in Tan Thach Village to meet local villagers. Return to Ho Chi Minh City in the late afternoon.

After breakfast, leave for the Cu Chi Tunnels on a shared tour, with pick-up between 7:30-8:00 am. Explore the legendary underground tunnel network, which served as a functioning city during the Vietnam War. Watch an introductory video before venturing into a short section of the tunnels to experience their narrow confines. For a unique thrill, visit the National Defense Sports Shooting Range (optional, extra cost) to fire historical weapons under professional supervision. Return to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure or for shopping.

effort is made to reserve twin bedded rooms, a hotel may provide double beds instead of v.v.

o Our standard practice is the double-bedded room will be allocated to couples. For 2 or more passengers
we will book a room with two double beds for parents travelling with children, we will book a room with 2
beds. A rollaway bed is not allowed in a room with 2 beds.
o Please note that the standard policy is that hotel rooms are available for check-in after 2.00 PM. Early
check-in needs to be advised in advance, which may attract charges.
o Airport transfers on private basis in an air-conditioned vehicle.
o Inter-city travel shuttle services offer an economical and great value option, ideal for budget travellers, as you will share the vehicle with other tourists.
o SIC tours operate at a pre-decided time and designated pick-up points. The service may start from a hotel or a city centre location, but please note that the cost of transportation to the city centre is not included. For SIC sightseeing tours, an English-speaking guide will be provided.
