explore the lively atmosphere of Times Square at night, when it is at its most spectacular.

Francisco, a 3D motion simulation ride that combines live action, computer imagery, and in-theater special effects
to provide a unique aerial view of the city.
After lunch on your own, continue with a guided city tour that includes iconic landmarks such as Twin Peaks, where
you can take in sweeping views of the Bay Area. Conclude your day with a ride aboard San Francisco’s historic

Dolby Theater, Rodeo Drive, and a photo opportunity at a vantage point of the iconic Hollywood sign. End the day

Begin your day with breakfast before heading to Universal Studios Hollywood. Spend the morning and early

Fountains, the famous “Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas” sign, and the Fremont Street Experience. Witness the
Viva Vision Light Show with 12 million LEDs illuminating the night under a four-block-long canopy, complete with
zip liners flying overhead. Later, enjoy free time to explore the city on your own. Enjoy some of the famous show as
an Optional tours and enjoy your last-night in Vegas.

The hotels specified are based on 3-Star OR 4-star Hotels local classifications. On this coach tour, the
hotels offered are outside the city limits.
o Breakfast served in the Hotel is a continental breakfast.
o Maximum Occupancy 2 adults + 1 Children OR 3 Adults. (3rd person in a triple room is offered rollaway
beds and room size may be the same as the double room.)
o If changes become necessary for any reason, a substitute hotel will be of a similar standard. While every
effort is made to reserve twin bedded rooms, a hotel may provide double beds instead of v.v.
o Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable
to pay for any additional incidentals that they may incur at the Hotel.
o Our standard practice is the double-bedded room will be allocated to couples. For 2 or more passengers
we will book a room with two double beds for parents travelling with children, we will book a room with 2
beds. A rollaway bed is not allowed in a room with 2 beds.
o Please note that the standard policy is that hotel rooms are available for check-in after 1500hrs. Early
check-in needs to be advised in advance, which may attract charges.
o Hotels will ask for Credit Card at the time of check-in towards incidentals.

o Arrival Transfer at Paris (CDG Airport) – Flight landing time should be between 08 AM – 02 PM.
o Departure Transfer at Zurich (ZRH Airport) : The coach will drop at ZRH Airport by 1100 AM. Please book your flight accordingly.
o Please advise your client that there may be waiting up to 02-03 Hours (Post reaching in arrival hall) for arrival transfers.
o If flight timings are before / after the suggested timing, client has to arrange his private transfers on direct payment basis. We will not reimburse any cost for private transfers.
o Meals offered are in a standard Indian restaurant; you will be served at a buffet or a set dinner depending upon the group size. Beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic is not included).
o The tour will be escorted by well-experienced Tour Managers who are fully trained to provide you customer satisfaction.
o Tour Manager has the right to change the Itinerary based on Weather and traffic conditions. Please follow protocol while on tour.
o Seating Arrangements in the bus will be first come, first serve. The coach size will vary based on the

o For van tours with less than 15 passengers, we will have a driver/Tour Manager.
For any missed or delayed flights and subsequently late start / no start of the tour. All additional costs must be settled on the spot by the passengers. We recommend that passengers call the emergency phone number in the travel documents in case of delay.
For all tours, Schengen Visa for the first arrival country and UK visa for the tours arriving into UK is required. We suggest you check with Consulate / Embassy for updated visa requirements. Securing a valid visa is the responsibility of the booking agent.

o Hotels, restaurants, motor coaches, mini-buses, vans may not be equipped with wheelchair ramps. We
