You will be met by our tour manager in the hotel lobby at 7:00 PM. to kick off the tour.
Take a short 10-minute walk from the hotel to an Indian restaurant, where you can relax after your journey and enjoy
a delicious dinner while mingling with fellow travelers.

After breakfast, embark on a full-day exploration of San Francisco. Begin with a breathtaking Bay Cruise offering
panoramic views of Alcatraz, the Golden Gate Bridge, and the Bay Bridge, complemented by an audio tour in 16
languages detailing the city’s rich history. Next, immerse yourself in the thrilling experience of The Flyer—San
Francisco, a 3D motion simulation ride that combines live action, computer imagery, and in-theater special effects
to provide a unique aerial view of the city.
After lunch on your own, continue with a guided city tour that includes iconic landmarks such as Twin Peaks, where
you can take in sweeping views of the Bay Area. Conclude your day with a ride aboard San Francisco’s historic
manually operated cable car (if operational). Dinner will be served at an Indian restaurant.

Start the day with breakfast before departing for Yosemite National Park, a 3.5-hour drive. Known for its awe-
inspiring granite cliffs, waterfalls, and sequoia groves, Yosemite offers visitors a chance to explore its natural
beauty while learning about its rich history, wildlife, and geology.
After lunch on your own, continue the journey to Fresno, approximately 1.5 hours away, with dinner en route at an
Indian restaurant. In case of weather disruptions or road closures, alternative arrangements will be made to ensure
guest safety.

After breakfast and hotel checkout, depart for Los Angeles, stopping enroute at Tejon Mall for some shopping.
Known for its variety of stores, including Michael Kors and Nike Factory Store, it is a popular shopping destination in
Southern California. After lunch on your own, enjoy a guided city tour of Los Angeles, featuring the Walk of Fame,
Dolby Theater, Rodeo Drive, and a photo opportunity at a vantage point of the iconic Hollywood sign. End the day
with a delightful Indian dinner.

Begin your day with breakfast before heading to Universal Studios Hollywood. Spend the morning and early
afternoon exploring thrilling rides, live shows, shops, and a real working movie studio. After leaving the park around
4:00 PM, journey to Las Vegas.
Upon arrival, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant, after which you can explore the city at your leisure. Visit iconic
hotel lobbies like Bellagio, Venetian, or Luxor, or simply relax by the pool. Your tour director will provide
recommendations for restaurants and shopping.

Enjoy a packed breakfast, the day is free at leisure OR take an optional tours to discover Grand Canyon (There are
various ways to explore Grand Canyon). Re-group with the Tour manager in the evening for dinner at an Indian
restaurant.
Post dinner, experience a guided city tour of Las Vegas, showcasing its dazzling landmarks, including the Bellagio
Fountains, the famous “Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas” sign, and the Fremont Street Experience. Witness the
Viva Vision Light Show with 12 million LEDs illuminating the night under a four-block-long canopy, complete with
zip liners flying overhead. Later, enjoy free time to explore the city on your own. Enjoy some of the famous show as
an Optional tours and enjoy your last-night in Vegas.

After breakfast, check out of your hotel by 11:00 AM. Transfers to the airport will be arranged. If you wish to extend
your stay in Las Vegas, additional attractions and activities can be arranged upon request.

o This is a coach tour led by an English/Hindi-speaking Tour Escort.
o The group comprises tourists from India or of Indian origin.
o We are happy to assist you for air ticket, visa and insurance the same is provided at an additional cost.
o The tour operator reserves the right to use either a mini-bus or a full-sized coach, depending on the total
number of passengers booked.
o The itinerary is guaranteed unless impacted by unforeseen circumstances, such as road closures due to
weather, natural disasters, safety concerns, changes in highway regulations, or actions by third parties
beyond the Service Provider’s control.
o No deviations from the planned services will be permitted during the tour.
o Tour Operator reserves the right to amend OR cancel any arrangements for a particular itinerary for any
reasons beyond the control.
The hotels specified are based on 3-Star OR 4-star Hotels local classifications. On this coach tour, the
hotels offered are outside the city limits.
o Breakfast served in the Hotel is a continental breakfast.
o Maximum Occupancy 2 adults + 1 Children OR 3 Adults. (3rd person in a triple room is offered rollaway
beds and room size may be the same as the double room.)
o If changes become necessary for any reason, a substitute hotel will be of a similar standard. While every
effort is made to reserve twin bedded rooms, a hotel may provide double beds instead of v.v.
o Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable
to pay for any additional incidentals that they may incur at the Hotel.
o Our standard practice is the double-bedded room will be allocated to couples. For 2 or more passengers
we will book a room with two double beds for parents travelling with children, we will book a room with 2
beds. A rollaway bed is not allowed in a room with 2 beds.
o Please note that the standard policy is that hotel rooms are available for check-in after 1500hrs. Early
check-in needs to be advised in advance, which may attract charges.
o Hotels will ask for Credit Card at the time of check-in towards incidentals.
Complimentary Transfers for Arrival & Departure Transfers are provided as below
o Arrival Transfer at Paris (CDG Airport) – Flight landing time should be between 08 AM – 02 PM.
o Departure Transfer at Zurich (ZRH Airport) : The coach will drop at ZRH Airport by 1100 AM. Please book your flight accordingly.
o Please advise your client that there may be waiting up to 02-03 Hours (Post reaching in arrival hall) for arrival transfers.
o If flight timings are before / after the suggested timing, client has to arrange his private transfers on direct payment basis. We will not reimburse any cost for private transfers.
o Meals offered are in a standard Indian restaurant; you will be served at a buffet or a set dinner depending upon the group size. Beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic is not included).
o The tour will be escorted by well-experienced Tour Managers who are fully trained to provide you customer satisfaction.
o Tour Manager has the right to change the Itinerary based on Weather and traffic conditions. Please follow protocol while on tour.
o Seating Arrangements in the bus will be first come, first serve. The coach size will vary based on the
number of passengers.
o For van tours with less than 15 passengers, we will have a driver/Tour Manager.
For any missed or delayed flights and subsequently late start / no start of the tour. All additional costs must be settled on the spot by the passengers. We recommend that passengers call the emergency phone number in the travel documents in case of delay.
For all tours, Schengen Visa for the first arrival country and UK visa for the tours arriving into UK is required. We suggest you check with Consulate / Embassy for updated visa requirements. Securing a valid visa is the responsibility of the booking agent.
o Any disability requiring special attention must be reported at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the unique needs of a disabled guest. However, we are not responsible for any denial of services by service providers.
o Hotels, restaurants, motor coaches, mini-buses, vans may not be equipped with wheelchair ramps. We
cannot provide individual assistance to a tour member for walking, dining, getting on/off, vehicles or other personal needs.
o A qualified and physically able companion must accompany travellers who need assistance.
o Porterage is not included in the price.
o No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage to baggage or passenger’s belonging.
o For the comfort of all passengers, we request passengers to travel light (recommended luggage: One carry
on and One International size suitcase.

No refunds will be made for any unused services once travel arrangements have commenced. Any complaints while travelling should be made immediately to the local representative, the tour manager will try out utmost best to resolve any disputes.
