After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, your day begins with a visit to one of Rio’s most famous landmarks – Christ the Redeemer. You’ll board a scenic train ride that takes you through the lush rainforest up to Corcovado Mountain. The view from the top is nothing short of spectacular, with Rio’s beaches, cityscape, and the famous Christ statue in the distance. Next, we will visit the Maracanã Stadium, Sambadrome, and the impressive Metropolitan Cathedral. You’ll also have a chance to marvel at the vibrant colors of the Selarón Stairs. For lunch, we’ll enjoy a meal at an Indian restaurant. In the afternoon, we head to Sugar Loaf Mountain, where you will take a cable car ride up to enjoy panoramic views of Rio. The view from Sugar Loaf is breathtaking, offering a perfect opportunity for memorable photos. After a fun-filled day, we’ll head back to the hotel for some rest before enjoying dinner at an Indian restaurant. You’ll spend the night at your hotel, surrounded by the beauty of Rio.

After breakfast, your guide will take you to the Brazilian side of Iguassu Falls, starting at the Visitors’ Center. You’ll follow an 11 km scenic road to viewpoints of the falls, where you may see local wildlife. The Brazilian side offers a panoramic view, and you’ll walk a 950-meter circuit to the famous Devil’s Throat.After enjoying the views, lunch will be at Porto Canoas, a restaurant with great views of the falls. Following lunch, return to your hotel to rest before dinner at a local buffet restaurant.

o If changes become necessary for any reason, a substitute hotel will be of a similar standard. While every effort is made to reserve twin bedded rooms, a hotel may provide double beds instead of v.v.
o Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidentals that they may incur at the Hotel.
o Our standard practice is the double-bedded room will be allocated to couples. For 2 or more passengers we will book a room with two double beds for parents travelling with children, we will book a room with 2 beds. A rollaway bed is not allowed in a room with 2 beds.
o Please note that the standard policy is that hotel rooms are available for check-in after 4.00 PM. Early
check-in needs to be advised in advance, which may attract charges.
o Hotels will ask for Credit Card at the time of check-in towards incidentals.
o Meals offered are in a standard Indian restaurant; you will be served at a buffet or a set dinner depending upon the group size. Beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic is not included).
o The tour will be escorted by well-experienced Tour Managers who are fully trained to provide you customer satisfaction.
o Tour Manager has the right to change the Itinerary based on Weather and traffic conditions. Please follow protocol while on tour.
o Seating Arrangements in the bus will be first come, first serve. The coach size will vary based on the
number of passengers.
o For van tours with less than 15 passengers, we will have a driver/Tour Manager.
For any missed or delayed flights and subsequently late start / no start of the tour. All additional costs must be settled on the spot by the passengers. We recommend that passengers call the emergency phone number in the travel documents in case of delay.
For all tours, a USA (single entry) visa is required. We suggest you check with Consulate / Embassy for updated visa requirements. Securing a valid visa is the responsibility of the booking agent.
o Any disability requiring special attention must be reported at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the unique needs of a disabled guest. However, we are not responsible for any denial of services by service providers.
o Hotels, restaurants, motor coaches, mini-buses, vans may not be equipped with wheelchair ramps. We
cannot provide individual assistance to a tour member for walking, dining, getting on/off, vehicles or other personal needs.
o A qualified and physically able companion must accompany travellers who need assistance.

o No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage to baggage or passenger’s belonging. It is mandatory to tip USD 14 per person for East Coast and USD 14 per person for West Coast to the Tour Manager, which the Tour Manager collects.

No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage to travel documents or any of the passenger’s belongings.
No refunds will be made for any unused services once travel arrangements have commenced. Any complaints while travelling should be made immediately to the local representative, the tour manager will try out utmost best to resolve any disputes.
