Payment Schedule:

• 35% of the total package value is required at the time of booking to initiate and secure your reservation.
• 40% is due 60 days prior to the departure date to proceed with travel arrangements and ensure availability.
• The remaining 25% must be paid 45 days before departure to complete the booking process.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Secure payment link shared directly by us.
• NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/Cheque in favour of: WILSON & HUGHES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.
• Cheques are subjected to realisation and services to be blocked only after the amount reflects in our bank account.

For Land Services:

• More than 60 days before departure: 35% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Between 59 and 46 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Within 45 days of departure or No Show: 100% of the total package cost will be charged; no refund applicable.
• Visa fees/Visa Assistance fees are completely non-refundable.

For Airlines: Refund policy will be as per airline policy, to be informed at the time of booking. This varies from airline to airline and can range from partially refundable for full cost carriers to non-refundable for low-cost carriers.

If you wish to cancel your tour, you must notify the Company by writing an email to holidays@coxandkings.com

Important Notes on Transfers and Operations:

• Paris (CDG Airport) Arrival Transfer: Flight landing time should be between 08 AM – 02 PM. If flight timings are before/after the suggested timing, private transfers must be arranged on direct payment basis; we will not reimburse costs.
• Zurich (ZRH Airport) Departure Transfer: Coach drops at ZRH Airport by 11:00 AM.
• There may be waiting up to 2 hours post-reaching arrival hall for arrival transfers.
• All transfers and extensive sightseeing with entrance fees will be done in air-conditioned coach.
• Tours will operate subject to all Government regulations and Force Majeure conditions.
• On reaching Eiffel Tower with very long queue, we will take you to Montparnasse Tower alternative.
• Kindly carry one check-in bag and one hand bag per person only due to limited boot space in coach.
• Services of our Tour Manager or local representatives will assist you during tour.
• On certain occasions, you may join another group if your group doesn't have adequate members.
• Local taxes, entrances, and services are calculated as of 1st October 2025; any increase must be borne by traveler.
• If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, alternate sightseeing will be arranged.
• In case of inordinate delays due to strict driving laws, packed dinner may be provided.
• We reserve the right to change any itinerary for operational or Force Majeure reasons (weather, strikes, etc.).
• We shall not accept liability for damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity due to weather, strikes, war, quarantine or other causes beyond control.
• Tour cost is payable in EURO out of BTQ entitlement.
