Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City

As you land at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, a warm welcome awaits you. After completing arrival formalities, you’ll be escorted to your hotel in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City in a comfortable. The drive, lasting around 40 minutes, offers your first glimpses of the city’s vibrant streets, colonial charm, and bustling markets.

Your stay begins at a comfortable  hotel, where you’ll check in to a well-appointed room designed for rest and relaxation.

This afternoon, set out on a guided half-day city tour, exploring landmarks that define the spirit of Saigon. Visit the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Old Post Office, and the People’s Committee Hall. Continue to the Independence Palace and War Remnants Museum, before ending your sightseeing at the lively Ben Thanh Market, where the aroma of street food and colourful stalls fill the air.

The evening is yours to explore the city at leisure perhaps a stroll through Nguyen Hue Walking Street or a relaxed dinner nearby.

Booking Terms

Payment Schedule :

  • 100% of the flight booking amount is to be paid for securing flight confirmation.
  • 35% of the total package value is required at the time of booking to initiate and secure your reservation.
  • 40% is due 60 days prior to the departure date to proceed with travel arrangements and ensure availability.
  • The remaining 25% must be paid 45 days before departure to complete the booking process.


Accepted Payment Methods : 

  • Secure payment link shared directly by us.
  • NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/Cheque in favour of: WILSON & HUGHES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.
  • Cheques are subjected to realisation and services to be blocked only after the amount reflects in our bank account. 

Cancellation Policy

For Airlines:

  • Refund policy will be as per the airline policy, to be informed at the time of booking.
  • This varies from airline to airline and can range from partially refundable for full cost carriers to non-refundable for low-cost carriers. 

For Land Services:

  • More than 60 days before departure: 35% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Between  59 and 46 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Within 45 days of departure or No Show: 100% of the total package cost will be charged; no refund applicable.
  • Visa fees/Visa Assistance fees are completely non-refundable.
