Kerala is the most comprehensive of our Kerala programmes, weaving together four of the state's most celebrated destinations into a single, unhurried six-day journey. The route begins in the colonial waterfront city of Cochin, climbs into the cool mist and tea-covered hills of Munnar, descends into the dense forests and spice estates of Thekkady, and finishes on the still green backwaters of Alleppey and Kumarakom.
Each destination in this itinerary has its own distinct character — the centuries-old lanes of Fort Kochi, the high-altitude silences of Eravikulam National Park, the sounds of the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary at dusk, and the gentle rhythm of a houseboat moving through palm-fringed canals.
