Welcome to Baku

As you arrive at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, you’ll be warmly greeted by a Cox and Kings representative and escorted by your chauffeur to your hotel in Baku. Settle into your elegant room and relax after the long journey, surrounded by touches of Azerbaijani hospitality and comfort.

As evening paints the city in gold, step out for a panoramic drive revealing Baku’s glittering skyline. Visit Highland Park and the Alley of Martyrs for breathtaking sunset views over the Caspian Sea, before watching the iconic Flame Towers ignite the dusk. The drive continues past the National Assembly and the graceful curves of the city’s modern architecture; a perfect prelude to the days ahead.

Booking Terms

Payment Schedule :

100% of the flight booking amount is to be paid for securing flight confirmation.
35% of the total package value is required at the time of booking to initiate and secure your reservation.
40% is due 60 days prior to the departure date to proceed with travel arrangements and ensure availability.
The remaining 25% must be paid 45 days before departure to complete the booking process.

Accepted Payment Methods :

NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/Cheque in favour of: WILSON & HUGHES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.
Cheques are subjected to realisation and services to be blocked only after the amount reflects in our bank account.

Cancellation Policy

For Airlines:

Refund policy will be as per the airline policy, to be informed at the time of booking.
This varies from airline to airline and can range from partially refundable for full cost carriers to non-refundable for low-cost carriers.

For Land Services:

More than 60 days before departure: 35% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Between 59 and 46 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Within 45 days of departure or No Show: 100% of the total package cost will be charged; no refund applicable.
Visa fees/Visa Assistance fees are completely non-refundable.
