Dubai: Arrival & Marina Dhow Cruise

As you arrive at Dubai International Airport, a Cox and Kings representative warmly greets you and escorts you comfortably to your hotel. As you drive through the city, catch your first glimpse of Dubai’s iconic skyline, its glittering towers, and the unmistakable feel of a city that's constantly on the move. Check in to your hotel, sip something refreshing, and settle into your room shaking off the jet lag…

In the evening, step aboard your Marina Dhow Cruise, a wooden vessel glowing softly under the city lights. As you sail through the illuminated waterfront, you’ll see how beautifully Dubai’s skyscrapers rise around you. On board, enjoy a fresh international buffet dinner paired with live entertainment, including the traditional Tanoura dance.

As the dhow glides back to the marina and the night begins to settle, return to the hotel, take your time to unwind, maybe flip through your photos and let the night ease you into a good night’s rest.

Entrance fees at monuments, attractions, and sightseeing points unless specifically included

Meals not explicitly mentioned in the day-wise itinerary
•
All personal expenses including but not limited to tips, gratuities, laundry, telephone calls, beverages, medical expenses, and camera/video charges

Any cost arising due to change in itinerary or travel arrangements caused by circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to flight disruptions, weather conditions, health issues, or force majeure events

Any service, expense, or item not expressly specified under "Inclusions"

Booking Terms

Payment Schedule :

100% of the flight booking amount is to be paid for securing flight confirmation.
35% of the total package value is required at the time of booking to initiate and secure your reservation.
40% is due 60 days prior to the departure date to proceed with travel arrangements and ensure availability.
The remaining 25% must be paid 45 days before departure to complete the booking process.

Accepted Payment Methods :

Secure payment link shared directly by us.
NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/Cheque in favour of: WILSON & HUGHES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.
Cheques are subjected to realisation and services to be blocked only after the amount reflects in our bank account.

Cancellation Policy

For Airlines:

Refund policy will be as per the airline policy, to be informed at the time of booking.
This varies from airline to airline and can range from partially refundable for full cost carriers to non-refundable for low-cost carriers.

For Land Services:

More than 60 days before departure: 35% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Between 59 and 46 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Within 45 days of departure or No Show: 100% of the total package cost will be charged; no refund applicable.
Visa fees/Visa Assistance fees are completely non-refundable.
