There’s only one train in the world that takes you to Santa Claus, and yes, you’re getting on it. From Helsinki’s design-forward streets to the Lapland wilderness, this week-long winter journey brings together reindeer rides, Arctic adventures, and a night under the Northern Lights in a heated glass igloo!

Somewhere between meeting Santa and mushing through snow with huskies, Finland stops feeling like a destination, and starts feeling like a long childhood memory. This is a journey through the snow just as it was meant to be lived: pure, stunning, and deeply human.

Welcome to Helsinki: Nordic Charms & First Snow

Arrive in Finland, the Land of a Thousand Lakes, where a warm welcome by a Cox and Kings representative and private chauffeur await at Helsinki Airport. Glide through wintry streets to your hotel, an abode of comfort and simplicity.

Spend the afternoon exploring this design-forward capital at your own pace; stroll past neoclassical façades, relax at a stylish café, or if you’re lucky, watch the harbor shimmer under northern lights. Lunch is yours to enjoy freely, whether at a waterfront bistro or the colourful Market Hall.

As evening falls, unwind in a traditional Finnish sauna or explore the city’s illuminated boulevards or simply relax in the comfort of your room before winding down for a peaceful night in the heart of Helsinki.

Booking Terms

Payment Schedule :

  • 100% of the flight booking amount is to be paid for securing flight confirmation.
  • 35% of the total package value is required at the time of booking to initiate and secure your reservation.
  • 40% is due 60 days prior to the departure date to proceed with travel arrangements and ensure availability.
  • The remaining 25% must be paid 45 days before departure to complete the booking process.


Accepted Payment Methods : 

  • Secure payment link shared directly by us.
  • NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/Cheque in favour of: WILSON & HUGHES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.
  • Cheques are subjected to realisation and services to be blocked only after the amount reflects in our bank account. 

Cancellation Policy

For Airlines:

  • Refund policy will be as per the airline policy, to be informed at the time of booking.
  • This varies from airline to airline and can range from partially refundable for full cost carriers to non-refundable for low-cost carriers. 

For Land Services:

  • More than 60 days before departure: 35% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Between  59 and 46 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Within 45 days of departure or No Show: 100% of the total package cost will be charged; no refund applicable.
  • Visa fees/Visa Assistance fees are completely non-refundable.
