You can’t walk through our office these days without hearing someone say “Hong Kong”. Yes, it’s quite the ‘talk of the town’ among travellers too, and naturally, I’ve been writing about it, you know how that works right? So it only felt right to add a good itinerary to the mix. This one’s the favourite among our specialists, and it’s tailor-made.
It’s quite an action packed one, but then again, when you’re flying all the way from India for a few days, packing in as much as you sensibly can (even Macau) isn’t a bad idea, is it? So here’s our Hong Kong 6 day tour itinerary, starting in Macau and ending in Hong Kong. If you want a Hong Kong 5 night trip itinerary for a first visit, we reckon this is one of the best ways to see both cities in one go…
Day 1: Land in Hong Kong, Rest in Macau
You land at Hong Kong International Airport, but you won't be staying in Hong Kong. Before you reach immigration, head to Terminal E2 and pick up your complimentary MGT bus tickets. The bus takes you straight to the HZMB Macau border, and you don't clear Hong Kong immigration at all. At the Macau border, your escort is waiting to take you to your hotel.
Once you've checked in and had a breather, Macau's night tour begins. You'll stop for photos at The Venetian, The Parisian and The Londoner, three hotels that bring a little Venice, Paris and London to Macau. The Parisian even has a half-size Eiffel Tower out front, which you'll see from the outside. After that comes the Diamond Show, the Crystal Show and the Wynn Palace Fountain Show, and then it's back to bed. Pretty cool day, isn't it?
Day 2: Macau by Day, Then a Ferry to Hong Kong
After a delicious breakfast, you will check out and spend the morning with the older side of Macau. First stop is A-Ma Temple, one of the city's oldest temples. Then comes Macau Tower, where your observation tickets are included, and the Ruins of St. Paul's, the carved stone facade that's all that's left of a 17th-century church. After that, you can walk up to Monte Fort and then through Senado Square, with its wavy Portuguese-style pavement. The Macau tour finishes at Fisherman's Wharf and Taipa Pier.
In the afternoon, you'll board a ferry from Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal to Shun Tak Ferry Terminal in Hong Kong. Your driver will meet you on arrival and take you to your Disney hotel. The rest of the day is yours to put your feet up.

Day 3: A Full Day at Hong Kong Disneyland
Since you're staying at the Disney hotel, the hotel shuttle takes you to Hong Kong Disneyland after breakfast. We take care of your admission, so spend the day however you like, whether that's rides, characters, snacks or just wandering around being a kid for a day (I see you, adults). Stay until it gets dark, because the fireworks show is the finale. Then it's the shuttle back to the hotel and straight to a good night’s sleep.
Day 4: ‘Peak’ Views, Wax Figures and a Lot of Shopping

After breakfast, check out of the Disney hotel, where you’ll be escorted by private chauffeur to your Hong Kong hotel. Once you've checked in, the city tour begins at Victoria Peak, where you'll take the Peak Tram up and head to the Sky Terrace for a view of the iconic skyline.
Madame Tussauds is next, in case you feel like taking a selfie with someone famous without having to bump into them first. When it gets dark, head to the promenade for the Symphony of Light show, pretty sure you’ve heard of that before?
After that, you can visit Mongkok Market, where the Ladies Market, Sneaker Market and Electronic Market are all within walking distance of each other. Take your time, bargain a little and then go back to the hotel to drop your shopping bags.

Day 5: A Day at Ocean Park
This day is all in Ocean Park, so after breakfast, a private vehicle takes you there and you spend the day at your own pace among the rides and attractions. The itinerary also has a seasonal Halloween experience between 25 October and 5 November. If your dates fall in that window, you can be a part of it too. In the evening, your private vehicle takes you back to your hotel, or to Lan Kwai Fong if you'd like to end the day there. It's your last full day, so spend it however you like!

Day 6: Say Goodbye to Hong Kong
You can have one last unhurried breakfast, since there's nothing left on the agenda except the flight home. After check-out, a private chauffeur takes you to Hong Kong International Airport for your flight back to India. We’ll see you soon.
