It finishes in Christchurch, the Garden City, still finding itself after the earthquake and more interesting for it. A perfect mix of nature, adventure, and cultural depth - all of it moving at the right pace.

    The rest of the day is at leisure. Settle in, take a walk along the Viaduct Harbour, or simply absorb the energy of New Zealand's largest city as the first evening of your journey begins.

  • If air tickets are part of the package, they are billed separately from the land component
